In the fourth transformers film, we are introduced to Lockdown and learn that he is some kind of bounty hunter working for "the creators". We also find out that the Autobots know his name.
If Autobots and Decepticons knew who he was this entire time, why has there been no recollection of either of these parties seeking reinforcements or resources for the war of Cyberton from Lockdown? He also mentioned that he goes around the universe "cleaning up their mess". Wouldn't the Decepticons or Autobots attempt to put a stop to him for interrupting their plans and presumably taking them out?
He also says to Optimus: "You think you were born? No, you were built". If the Autobots tried learning about him, they may have come learn about "the creators". Does this show ignorance on their part?
